Return Authorizations:

Return Authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Custom Building Partners will not issue a Return Authorization if the request is received more than 30 days after delivery. You must contact Custom Building Partners for a Return Authorization number (RA#) by calling 678-719-8598. Please have the following information available:

  1. Company Name

  2. Invoice Number

  3. Description of Product

  4. Model Number (if applicable)

  5. Reason for return

**A 30% Restocking Fee will be charged on merchandise exchanged/returned for any reason other than a product defect or shipping damage.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, you must contact Custom Building Partners for a Return Authorization number (RA#) by calling 678-719-8598.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we received your returned item and whether or not your refund has been Approved or Rejected. If you are Approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.

There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition (i.e. damage or missing parts for reasons not due to error on our end)

  • Any item returned without a Return Authorization number (RA #)

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

To return your product, ship it to 4091 U.S. 411, Rydal, GA, 30171. Please make sure the Return Authorization number is visible on the outside of the packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items for reasons other than defect or damage.

If you are shipping an item with a value over $75, you should consider using a Tracking-Equipped Shipping Service or purchasing Shipping Insurance and keep proof of your shipment being processed. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
