History

Custom Building Partners was founded in 2019 Jessica Flores (of Creative Living) to bring a thoughtfully defined and thoroughly-vetted portfolio of building and finishing products to area Remodelers, Specialty Trade, and New Construction Contractors. CBP came together to establish a resource equipped to solve the challenges facing area contractors in beautiful Northwest Georgia in the ever-changing current business environment. Beginning with kitchen and bath appliances, we have since expanded our product offering and Service Model to include the entire home!

Philosophy

​CBP was formed to offer Contractors a one-stop-shop for the most state-of-the-art products that they could in turn offer to their Clients. Our unique value proposition is that we offer a limited list of manufacturers for each category we distribute. Our goal was to define the products that were superior in class and relevant for today’s homeowners, making it joyful for them to select components for their homes, while simultaneously streamlining the process for Contractors.

Our Service Model includes Two Tiers of purchasing & distribution for our Contractors as well as a Professional Design & Product Selection Tier for their clientele.

The benefit this concept offers the Contractor is that they can now hand off all of the design work, decision making, and product sourcing to our team while earning higher revenue streams. Contractors will earn Margin on virtually every product that goes into their clients’ homes without being forced to do a Cost-Plus model or forego any revenue for the many items that clients are now simply ordering online for installation. Projects will likely expand in scope as clients are able to visualize new ideas and find everything in a single location. It also removes the burden for the contractor to be an expert in identifying the right products to propose to clients in the over-saturated and constantly evolving Home Improvement and Construction Product Industry. We’ve done the work for them already, enabling the contractor to focus on their projects.
